If the 7 character posters and TV trailer that debuted yesterday from Ant-Man didn't give you that superhero fix you need, then maybe these two new TV spots will do the trick. The first features Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) telling Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) that he first created the Ant-Man suit 40 years ago, but the world wasn't ready for it. Now it's time for this master thief to rise to the occasion as the miniscule hero. The second spot shows Hank's daughter Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) attempting to teach Scott how to fight, although it doesn't go so well for Scott.

The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios' Ant-Man. Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

These TV spots also give us new looks at Corey Stoll's Darren Cross in and out of his Yellowjacket suit, and Ant-Man trying to survive a "tidal wave" of bath water. Michael Pena, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, John Slattery, Neil Hamburger and Bobby Cannavale round out the supporting cast for director Peyton Reed's superhero adventure, arriving in theaters July 17. Check out the latest footage below as we get closer to Ant-Man's release.
