After spending years in development, even before the formation of Marvel Studios itself, Ant-Man is finally getting set to hit theaters nationwide next month. To prepare you for the miniaturized action, Marvel has released a new extended TV trailer, which includes tons of new footage of Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) showing off his shrinking abilities. This trailer also gives us more of Michael Pena's Luis, along with brief glimpses of T.I.'s Dave and David Dastmalchian's Rudy, who all freak out when Scott Lang shrinks.

The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios' Ant-Man. Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

Michael Douglas' Hank Pym, Evangeline Lilly' Hope Van Dyne and Corey Stoll' Darren Cross are also featured in this trailer, which gives us another look at Cross' Yellowjacket suit. Peyton Reed directs the final Marvel Phase Two adventure, which hits theaters July 17. Check out the latest footage below, and stay tuned for more as we get closer to the release.
