It looks like the Midway arcade smash Joust, which bowed in 1982, will be making its way to the big screen. According to Variety, Michael Cerenzie and Christine Peters' new company CP Productions will be making the video game adaptation their first foray into feature films.
The plot of the game revolves around a pair of knights who fly around on the back of ostriches, battling combat buzzards. How they'll turn that into a feature length film is anybody's guess.
The film does not have a set start date at this time.
