Armie Hammer, Ben Kingsley, John Malkovich, Michael Sheen, and Teresa Palmer have signed on for the indie thriller Cut Bank.

The story is set in Cut Bank, Montana, and centers on a mechanic and an ex-football player who try to get of the small town, which they discover is frozen in time. It isn't known what characters this quintet of actors will play.

Matt Shakman is directing from a screenplay by Roberto Patino, which landed on the Black List back in 2009. Edward Zwick, Mickey Barold, and Dan Cohen are producing. Entertainment One will start shopping the project to international buyers at the Cannes Film Festival.

It isn't known when production will begin as of yet.
