Jesse Eisenberg and Shia LaBeouf are in talks for the upcoming Todd Phillips' comedy Arms and the Dudes, which is moving forward at Warner Bros.

Arms and the Dudes follows two unlikely arms dealers, stoners who obtain a $300 million dollar contract to supply weapons to allies in Afghanistan. They soon find themselves in danger overseas. The screenplay is based on a Rolling Stone article by Guy Lawson, with Todd Phillips attempting to bring it to the screen for many years now.
