During an appearance at Salt Lake City Comic-Con over the weekend, Arrow star Stephen Amell revealed that he has seen the director's cut of Season 3's fourth episode, entitled "The Magician", which happens to be the show's 50th episode. The actor said that this episode features a confrontation that has been two and a half years in the making, which many think will involve the villainous Ra's al Ghul (Matthew Nable).

Take a look at what Stephen Amell had to say below.

"Last night, I watched the director's cut for episode 304 and it was awesome. It is our 50th episode, it is worthy of a 50th episode. It has a scene and a confrontation in it that has literally been 2.5 years in the making."

Executive producer Marc Guggenheim announced last month that their 50th Episode will be called "The Magician", and clarified that the title did not refer to Zantana.

Since the executive producer added that the Magician character will be connected to John Barrowman's Malcolm Merlyn, many believe that he is referring to Ra's al Ghul because of a long-running plot point about Malcolm's training with the League of Assassins. Whenever Ra's al Ghul's name was mentioned on the show, Malcolm always became increasingly tense, hinting that he did not leave the League on good terms with Ra's.

In related news, concept artist Andy Poon recently released illustrations that showed early designs for the Arsenal (Colton Haynes) and Ravager (Summer Glau) costumes.
