With the first half of Ash Vs. Evil Dead's first season already in the books, the back half of the season is shaping up to be just as exciting. Starz has released a clip from the sixth episode, The Killer of Killers, airing Saturday, December 5 on Starz. This scene features a reference to the original 1981 classic The Evil Dead, with Ash (Bruce Campbell) telling his associates Pablo (Ray Santiago) and Kelly (Dana DeLorenzo) that they have to go back to where the Deadite plague first started: The Cabin.

Ash finally comes to this conclusion after a drug-induced vision, revealing that "all roads to destroying this evil" lead to the Cabin. Unfortunately, this scene doesn't show the Cabin itself, and we'll have to wait until Saturday night to see what Ash will do with the Necronomicon at this cabin. The episode also features Pablo and Kelly discovering something ominous, while Ash promises to visit Lem, and Fisher (Jill Marie Jones) shows up for an almighty showdown with her former boss.

The 10-episode first season of the half-hour series features Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead, Burn Notice) as Ash Williams; Lucy Lawless (Salem, Spartacus) as Ruby a mysterious figure who believes Ash is the cause of the Evil outbreaks; Ray Santiago (Touch, Meet the Fockers) as Pablo Simon Bolivar, an idealistic immigrant who becomes Ash's loyal sidekick; Dana DeLorenzo (A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas) as Kelly Maxwell, a moody wild child trying to outrun her past; and Jill Marie Jones (Sleepy Hollow) as Amanda Fisher, a disgraced Michigan State Trooper set to find our anti-hero Ash and prove his responsibility in the grisly murder of her partner. The Evil Dead original filmmakers Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert and Bruce Campbell serve as executive producers with showrunner Craig DiGregorio.

Just days before Ash Vs. Evil Dead premiered in October, Starz issued a Season 2 renewal for the hit series, which will span 10 episodes. Bruce Campbell will be back as Ash, alongside Lucy Lawless as Ruby, but no other cast members have been confirmed for the new season. Could this mean that either Pablo or Kelly could meet their demise towards the end of this first season? We don't know for sure, but stay tuned for more on this hit series.

There have been numerous Easter Eggs and references to the original Evil Dead movies since the series first started on Halloween night. Are you glad that Ash is finally going back to the cabin in this week's episode The Killer of Killers? What do you think will happen when Ash brings the Necronomicon back to the Cabin? Let us know what you think after checking out this new clip.
