/producer-frank-marshall-boards-assassins-creed/Last we'd heard, Frank Marshall was set to produce the awaited video game adaptation Assassin's Creed with Michael Fassbender attached to headline. Now comes word that 20th Century Fox is eyeing Daniel Espinosa to direct.

No deal has been signed, but talks are ongoing between the director, best known in the states for Safe House and abroad for his international hit Easy Money (known as Snabba Cash) in other countries.

The story follows the adventures of a bartender who learns he comes from a long line of assassins. He is forced by a corporation to hunt down precious artifacts, while using a device that gives him all the skills and memories of his ancestors.
