Marvel still hasn't officially announced when Avengers: Age of Ultron will arrive on Blu-ray and DVD yet, but a new Blu-ray trailer has surfaced from JW Trailers, which reveals that the blockbuster will debut on Digital HD September 8, and on Blu-ray and DVD October 8. The trailer also reveals that there will be "45 minutes of exclusive content" such as deleted scenes, a gag reel and a teaser for Avengers: Infinity War Part 1. We also get a look at some of the behind-the-scenes footage, featuring a glimpse of the makeup process that Paul Bettany went through for his Vision costume.

Marvel Studios presents Avengers: Age of Ultron, the epic follow-up to the biggest superhero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to the Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played byAaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer reveals some of the special features that will be included on the Blu-ray and DVD release. Some of these bonus features are entitled From The Inside Out - Making Of The Avengers: Age of Ultron, The Infinite Six, which will set up Avengers: Infinity War Part 1, Global Adventure, Deleted & Extended Scenes with Audio Commentary By Joss Whedon, a Gag Reel and Audio Commentary With Director Joss Whedon. These special features have not been confirmed yet, nor has the release date, so stay tuned for more details.

Joss Whedon already revealed that fans won't be getting a director's cut of Avengers: Age of Ultron, but it sounds like there will be plenty of bonus material for fans to delve into when the Blu-ray and DVD arrives.
