A report from The Projection List reveals that the third full trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron is set to debut during the Season 2 midseason premiere of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., "Aftershocks", airing Tuesday, March 3 at 9 PM ET on ABC. As you may recall, Marvel originally planned on debuting the first trailer for this Phase Two sequel during an October episode of the ABC series, but it ended up being officially released six days early after it leaked online. The second trailer debuted last month, but Marvel has yet to confirm that the third trailer will arrive next month. The Projection List site itself admits that this is not an official scheduled, and that their "projected" picks are merely "educated guesses."

Of course, even if we do get a third trailer next month for Avengers: Age of Ultron, we have no clue what will be revealed. Since we haven't seen Vision in any of the footage yet, it's possible that Marvel may show him for the first time next month. The Projection List states that it will be a full trailer, not a teaser, but they do not list the runtime. Naturally, it would make sense for Marvel to employ this strategy, getting more fans to watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for a glimpse at the trailer, and also to remind fans that the show is coming back from a three-month hiatus.

What remains to be seen is if there will be any actual tie-in between the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. series and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Towards the end of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s first season, the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier drastically altered the course of the series, as the S.H.I.E.L.D. organization itself completely disbanded, after it was revealed that Hydra had infiltrated every level of government. While we don't know exactly when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will wrap up Season 2, it will likely still be on the air when Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters May 1, so we'll have to wait and see if Marvel will bring their movie and TV worlds together once more.

There have been rumors that Hawkeye will appear in an upcoming Season 2 episode, and Jaimie Alexander's Lady Sif from Thor: The Dark World will also make another appearance in the second half of Season 2. Do you think there will be a Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. tie-in with Avengers: Age of Ultron? Take a look at the applicable section from The Projection List below, and and stay tuned for more details about the third trailer. Keep in mind, none of the information in that image is confirmed by the studios yet, but we'll keep you posted as soon as we have official details.
