Last month, a rumor surfaced that the third trailer for Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron will debut during the midseason premiere of ABC's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but that report was shut down right away by the studio. We found out earlier this week, though, that the initial rumor wasn't too far off, with the third Avengers 2 trailer debuting just a few days later on March 6, during the series premiere of American Crime. Thankfully, Marvel decided to bring the trailer online a few days early, and you can watch it right here, to get your first look at Vision!

Avengers: Age of Ultron is the epic follow-up to the biggest superhero movie of all time, Marvel's The Avengers, which took in a whopping $1.5 billion during its theatrical run in 2012. This epic sequel centers on Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) as he tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), The Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Samuel L. Jackson and Cobie Smulders also return as Nick Fury and Maria Hill, alongside a new crop of cast members such as Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Quicksilver), Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), Thomas Kretschmann (Baron Von Strucker) and an old friend in a new form, as the robotic voice J.A.R.V.I.S. transforms into Vision (Paul Bettany). Does director Joss Whedon's highly-anticipated Phase Two have what it takes to shatter box office records when it hits theaters on May 1? Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know what you think about the new footage.
