If you are waiting for the Captain America: The Winter Soldier Blu-ray release, and have yet to see this blockbuster Marvel movie for yourself, you may want to save this story for later. There will be MAJOR SPOILERS ahead!

Captain America: The Winter Soldier ended with Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) looking for his friend Bucky Barnes (aka The Winter Soldier), who has gone into hiding. Director Joss Whedon has confirmed that Steve will continue his search when we meet up with him in Avengers: Age of Ultron. But, Ultron will take precedence over any other mission, forcing Cap to rejoin his Avengers pals in a fight against this massive AI threatening to destroy the world.

Joss Whedon had this to say during a Q&A at Nerd Headquarters during Comic-Con:

"The fact is, Ultron is a clear and present danger and Bucky's in the wind. We do mention the fact that that's his sort of primary thing, but he's also working with The Avengers too. We're not ignoring it, but he definitely has to deal with a mad 8 foot robot, because that's one of those things that you put it off and it just gets worse."

Chris Evans also chimed in about Captain America's continuing storyline. While at Comic-Con, he had this to say to Screen Rant about Steve's search for a home.

"He is a soldier, so he does look for kind of a hierarchy, a structure, a chain of command. And now that S.H.I.E.L.D. is disbanded, The Avengers are leaning on one another without kind of a- there's no boss to report to. So [Cap] is looking for a sense of home, in a way..."

The full Bucky-Steve relationship storyline won't pick back up until Captain America 3. And it's already being speculated that Cap will pass on his superhero title to either Bucky or The Falcon in this impending sequel, which is what happened in the comic books.
