Don Cheadle has revealed that he won't do press for Avengers: Endgame with co-star Mark Ruffalo. Cheadle has decided that he doesn't need that "hassle" in his life, so he refuses to do interviews with Ruffalo. The actor does have a pretty dry sense of humor, but in a recent interview, it appears that he means it. Ruffalo, and Tom Holland, who was also called out by Cheadle, are notorious for spilling Marvel Cinematic Universe secrets.

Don Cheadle plays War Machine, aka James "Rhodey" Rhodes, in the MCU and he was asked about Avengers: Endgame, which he obviously could not talk about. The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon understood why Cheadle couldn't say anything. However, he did bring up Mark Ruffalo's spoiler reputation, to which the actor said, "He runs his mouth a lot." He explains.

"Why do I need that hassle, right? I don't need to be sitting next to him when he blows the whole reveal of the movie."

During an interview together back in 2017, Don Cheadle and Mark Ruffalo spoke about Infinity War, or at least what they could talk about. Cheadle chose his words very carefully before Ruffalo lets it slip that everybody dies at the end of the movie. Cheadle is sitting there with a look of complete shock on his face, while the Bruce Banner actor realizes what he said and begins to backtrack. Ruffalo pretty much spoiled the movie nearly a year before it hit theaters, so it's understandable why Cheadle would be more than a little apprehensive about working with him on the promotional tour for Avengers: Endgame.

Don Cheadle says that Mark Ruffalo and Tom Holland are "a little chatty," before noting that there are penalties to pay. We're not sure what those penalties are, but Holland joked that Marvel Studios will kill him if he spoils anything having to do with Avengers: Endgame. A woman tried to get him to give some information about the upcoming movie a few months ago and he seemed genuinely scared to say anything that would be considered a spoiler. However, it's unclear if Ruffalo will be out spoiling things again. He recently went back to social media after taking a few months off.

Don Cheadle also spoke about the intense games of Boggle that went on behind-the-scenes during the filming of Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, noting that he is the current champion and that Paul Rudd is also pretty good at the game. The actor then went into talking about some hardcore MCU fans that have actually asked him for spoilers while he was using the restroom, which just sounds like a terrible experience to have to go through. In the end, Cheadle has a good sense of humor about it all. You can watch the rest of the interview with Don Cheadle below, thanks to the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon's YouTube account.
