Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company, Inc. has acquired the rights to Bad Monday, an action thriller written by Richard Taylor and being produced by Daniel Grodnik (Powder, Bobby) for Mass Hysteria Entertainment.

Bad Monday revolves around O.T. Mckee, a good guy from Michigan, with an estranged wife and kid and no job. Mckee gets kicked out of his house and finds himself wrapped up in a situation that spirals out of control with stolen cars and bags of money, which has him running for his life.

Grodnik commented, "Richard's script is a high-octane ride that is extremely entertaining and that we believe will appeal to a world-wide audience." Taylor said, "Dan is an old friend and I am excited to work with him on this project. O.T. is just a guy who makes one wrong decision and finds himself caught up in an extraordinary situation. Bad Monday was designed to be the first of many O.T. adventures."
