Following the first Ballers trailer from April, HBO has released a brand new trailer that delves deeper into the life of Spencer Strassmore, played by Dwayne Johnson. The 10-episode first season is set to debut Sunday, June 21 at 10 PM ET on HBO. This trailer delves inside the volatile world of professional football, the athletes that inhabit it, and Spencer, who is trying to keep his clients walking on the straight and narrow, which, as you can see below, isn't always an easy task.

Ballers looks at the lives of former and current football players, following former superstar Spencer Strasmore (Dwayne Johnson) as he gets his life on track in retirement while mentoring other current and former players through the daily grind of the business of football. The supporting cast is rounded out by Rob Corddry, Omar Benson Miller, John David Washington, Donovan Carter, Troy Garity, Jazmyn Simon, and Arielle Kebbel. This show also marks the first starring TV role for Dwayne Johnson, which comes as he continues to rack up a string of theatrical blockbusters such as last month's Furious 7.

Stephen Levinson, who has served as an executive producer on hit HBO shows such as Entourage, In Treatment and Boardwalk Empire, created Ballers. He also serves as an executive producer alongside Mark Wahlberg, Peter Berg, Dany Garcia, Julian Farino, Evan T. Reilly and Rob Weiss. Take a look at the latest trailer for Ballers below, before it debuts June 21 on HBO.
