Join the party on Tuesday nights when America's hot summer sensation moves into the fall with the premier of The Singing Bee beginning Tuesday, October 2, from 8:00-8:30 PM ET (note this new date and time.) Packed with fresh new twists and exciting musical performers, this season is sure to have everyone belting out words to the most popular songs of all time. Former *NSYNC star and Emmy red carpet host Joey Fatone returns to host this ultimate sing-along variety game show, alongside house band Ray Chew and the Groove and the dancing Honey Bees.

Musical guests will help kick off certain shows and will include iconic, fun and memorable talents in music, both past and present: Toni Basil (October 2) in a "One Hit Wonders" theme marking the premiere episode; Village People (October 16); Barry Manilow (October 23) in a special installment dedicated to unforgettable love songs; Ray Parker Jr. (October 30) in a Halloween-inspired show; and The Bangles (November 13). Additionally, on October 9, the show will spotlight the classic music of Paul McCartney and John Lennon. Finally, the December 4 installment highlights everyone's favorite television theme songs - with surprises in store!

In addition to the aforementioned musical guest appearances, a number of other exciting changes are being featured in each of our upcoming episodes. Brand new karaoke-style games will be unveiled that will be certain to challenge our players and test their skills. Additionally, all winners will now be allowed to return for the next show and defend their crown - with no limit to the number of times they can repeat as champion and retain The Singing Bee trophy and bragging rights. A new and improved set will also serve to showcase the game and increase viewer enjoyment.

In The Singing Bee, the audience-wide sing-along starts the show and results in lucky contestants being chosen to compete in a series of fun-filled singing games. There is no middle ground for partially correct answers as contestants must be perfect or they're out of the game. Family-friendly and conducive to playing (and singing) at home, The Singing Bee inspires hilarious wrong answers as well as amazing performances by those rare contestants who somehow manage to get every word right.
