Exactly one week from today, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will explode onto the big screen, which could be one of the biggest movies of the year. We reported earlier this week that advance ticket sales are outpacing Deadpool, which opened with a record-breaking opening weekend of $135 million. While we'll have to wait and see how Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice fares in theaters, we have two featurettes that shed light on both Batman (Ben Affleck), and Superman (Henry Cavill), a TV spot, clip and a brief IMAX preview which teases an important Easter Egg.

Back in January, Empire released new photos from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, one of which featured a surprising Easter Egg. The photo in question showcased Batman surveying the damage of a recent battle, with a massive Omega symbol stamped into the ground. As many fans who follow the comic books know, the Omega symbol is teasing the villainous Darkseid, who has been rumored to show up in either Justice League Part 1 or Justice League Part 2. The brief IMAX preview shows how this format allows for more to be seen on the screen, while showcasing this scene with the Omega symbol once again.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star Holly Hunter appeared on ABC's Good Morning America to talk about the movie, and she brought along a new clip from the movie, which features part of her speech to the Man of Steel during his Senate hearing. This scene also gives us our best look yet at Scoot McNairy's mysterious character. There have been reports that claim this character gets injured during the Metropolis battle in Man of Steel, and he comes to testify against Superman. This character also reportedly becomes a pawn in Lex Luthor's (Jesse Eisenberg) plot against Superman, with the villain reportedly turning this crippled man into a "human bomb." If that wasn't enough, we also have a TV spot, featurettes on both Batman and Superman and a segment from Henry Cavill's appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where he discusses St. Patrick's Day (with a pint of Guinness) and Superman's incredible strength.

Following his titanic struggle against General Zod, Metropolis has been razed to the ground and Superman is the most controversial figure in the world. While for many he is still an emblem of hope, a growing number of people consider him a threat to humanity, seeking justice for the chaos he has brought to Earth. As far as Bruce Wayne is concerned, Superman is clearly a danger to society. He fears for the future of the world with such a reckless power left ungoverned, and so he dons his mask and cape to right Superman's wrongs. The rivalry between them is furious, fueled by bitterness and vengeance, and nothing can dissuade them from waging this war. However, a dark new threat arises in the form of a third man: one who has a power greater than either of them to endanger the world and cause total destruction.
