Last month, we reported that Warner Bros.' highly-anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is shifting production to Deming, New Mexico, with crews spotted building what appeared to be a large structure. At the time, it was speculated that this could be either the Justice League's Hall of Justice, or possibly a massive lair for Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg). Today, we have our first look at the New Mexico set, thanks to aerial footage from local New Mexico news station KRQE, which could be used for Wonder Woman's (Gal Gadot) homeland Themyscira, a.k.a. Paradise Island.

The news station's report mentions that the New Mexico location will be used for "extraterrestrial terrain," which lends more credence to the Wonder Woman theory, although it isn't known if Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot is in town for the shoot. However, Henry Cavill (Superman/Clark Kent) has been spotted in the area, posing for photos with a local restaurant server that made the front page of the local newspaper. It isn't known how long the production will remain in New Mexico, but the report also mentions that Ben Affleck (Batman) will not be present for the shoot.

It hasn't been confirmed yet if the New Mexico set will double for Wonder Woman's Themyscira, and we likely won't get any concrete answers until Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters in 2016. Take a look at the video and photos from the Deming, New Mexico set below.
