In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are close to inking a first-look deal for projects to be made at Warner Bros.

Details are currently unknown on the new company's name or the length of the agreement. The agreement is expected to close soon.

Damon has done such projects as Invictus and The Informant! for the studio. Affleck co-wrote, directed and stars in his next film, The Town for the studio. It is releasing the film in September.

Damon and Affleck created and ran LivePlanet, which had a deal at Disney until 2007, a decade ago with Chris Moore and Sean Bailey, Disney's newest chief of production. It is unclear whether Affleck and Damon will try to use the old name of the company or come up with a new one.
