Ben Kingsley has just joined the cast of Mike Myers' upcoming comedy The Love Guru. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Meagan Good and John Oliver have also come aboard the project, which stars Justin Timberlake and Jessica Alba.
Kingsley is set to play Guru Tugginmypudha, an ashram leader who teaches Myers' character the art of self-love and how to wear a chastity belt.
Good will be playing Prudence, the woman who leaves her boyfriend, Toronto Maple Leafs player Darren Roanoke (Romany Malco), for his French-Canadian hockey nemesis, Jacques Grande (Timberlake). Oliver is playing a character named Dick Pants. His plan is to get The Love Guru on Oprah to settle a dispute with Deepak Chopra.
Marco Schnabel is directing the film, which is set to begin production this Friday in Toronto, Canada.
