George Clooney, Russell Crowe, Tom Hanks and Hugh Jackman are all in the running to star in a film adaptation of the runaway best-seller by Dan Brown. The team behind "A Beautiful Mind", Ron Howard, producer Brian Grazer, and screenwriter Akiva Goldsman have reunited for the project. Ron Howard is expected to get to work on this once "Cinderella Man" wraps up.
