Blue's Clues has been a beloved children's show and a groundbreaking Nickelodeon television series for the past 26 years. Debuted in 1996, it ran for six seasons before concluding its run in 2006. However, its legacy did not end there, as a reboot of the series titled Blue's Clues & You! was produced and brought to the children of the new generation in 2019. After all these years, Paramount+ has released a trailer for Blue's Big City Adventure, the franchise's first feature film.

This feature-length film from Nickelodeon Animation features the original franchise's hosts as well as some notable movie stars as guests. Fans of Blue's Clues, young and old alike, would like to relive the adventures of their beloved dog, Blue, and its entertaining friends, Josh, Steve, and Joe. Blue's Big City Adventure: The Plot

As a result, the duo seizes this opportunity to explore the city by making new friends and discovering the magic of dance and music.

Release Date and Everything Else We Know

Blue's Big City Adventure release date
Paramount+

Blue's Big City Adventure, the first feature-length film in the Blue's franchise, will premiere on Paramount+ on November 18, 2022. Considering it is set in the same universe as Blue's Clues, fans will feel right at home watching it. The best thing about the Blue's Clues series is that each episode is relatable and creative, assisting children in developing their minds by imparting wisdom. Burns filmed a video for the show's 25th anniversary the previous year, addressing how he left in the middle of the show, leaving fans emotionally empty. His exact words are as follows:

"You remember how when we were younger, we used to run around and hang out with Blue and find clues, and talk to Mr. Salt, and freak out about the mail, and do all the fun stuff? And then one day, I was like, 'Oh hey, guess what? Big news… I'm leaving.'"

As a result, viewers are pleased to see Steve Burns return in Blue's Big City Adventure. His quest to find Josh and Blue, in particular, makes the movie more exciting and gives the fans a sense of nostalgia. The franchise spanned generations, and people who have watched it since its beginning have grown up and even had children of their own. Furthermore, the film explores the intriguing scenario of Josh forgetting his handy dandy notebook and getting lost in New York. These situations occur in our daily lives, and we can all relate to them in some way.

As the film is still a few weeks away, you can listen to the lead single, "On Our Way," by Republic Record: Kids & Family, released on October 7th. The franchise has announced that the full-length album of original songs will not be coming out until November 18th. Meanwhile, check out the trailer to relive the stunning visuals and prepare for the tearjerker that's about to unfold.
