Bob Saget has signed on to host the new game show, One Vs. 100 for NBC.

According to Variety, the show pits one contestant against a 'mob' of 100, with the one player trying to knock out his audience rivals in a bid to win as much as $3 million.

NBC has ordered five episodes of the show, which recently began production for broadcast next season.

Also on Bob's plate, he has signed a talent holding deal with NBC Universal Television Studio that's set up behind One Vs. 100; he'll star in a scripted pilot developed for the 2007-08 season, assuming his schedule on the quizzer permits.
