We have a brand new, final and absolutely NSFW trailer for Booksmart. This serves as Olivia Wilde's directorial debut. The actress has made the decision to step behind the camera to bring us something that, in vague terms, has been referred to as the female version of Superbad. This trailer gives us our best look yet at the raunchy teen comedy coming our way this weekend and if this is any indication, the hype for this one isn't for nothing. This looks like it's going to be an absolutely hilarious romp with a very unique point of view.

The trailer features quite a few bits from previous trailers, with new ones thrown in for good measure. We get a general sense of the story, which sees two academic focused girls about to graduate high school who realize they need to try and have an irresponsible, typically youthful experience before they head off to college. It's totally clear that this is going to be a completely filthy, female-driven NSFW moviegoing experience. That either is or is not your thing. But for those who do feel something along those lines agrees with their sensibilities, this seems like it's going to be an absolutely wonderful treat and break the standard summer blockbuster offerings. There is one particularly dirty bit involving a stuffed panda.

This trailer also makes use of the many nice things that critics have been saying about the movie so far. Booksmart initially debuted at SXSW in Austin, Texas back in March and it's been earning rave reviews ever since. As it stands, the movie boasts a perfect and unblemished 100 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Not too many movies get to say that just a few days ahead of their scheduled theatrical rollout. Olivia Wilde may well have a new career ahead of her as a director.

Booksmart is billed as an "unfiltered" comedy that centers on two high school best friend that aims to capture the spirit of our times and become a coming of age story for the new generation. The cast includes Kaitlyn Dever, Beanie Feldstein, Jessica Williams, Billie Lourd, Jason Sudeikis, Lisa Kudrow and Will Forte. The screenplay was written by Emily Halpern, Sarah Haskins, Susanna Fogel and Katie Silberman. Megan Ellison, Chelsea Barnard, David Distenfeld, Jessica Elbaum and Katie Silberman serve as producers, with Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Jillian Longnecker, Scott Robertson and Alex G. Scott on board as executive producers.

Unfortunately, this movie is going to be facing down a really crowded weekend at the box office. James Gunn's Brightburn and, more importantly, Disney's live-action Aladdin are also opening this weekend. Plus, John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, Detective Pikachu and Avengers: Endgame will still be chugging away. Still, this movie has buzz going for it and word of mouth could help to make it a success. Booksmart hits theaters on May 24.
