Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara are finally bringing their husband and wife chemistry to the big screen this summer in the baseball drama Bottom of the 9th. Shortly after acquiring the movie at Cannes earlier this year, Saban has released the trailer and poster for this surefire crowd pleaser.

Saban Films announced earlier this month that they had picked up North American distribution rights to director/screenwriter/author/musician Raymond De Felitta's (City Island, MadoffBottom of the 9th.  Written by Robert Bruzio and formerly titled Stano, this heartfelt baseball drama stars Joe Manganiello (True BloodMagic Mike) and his real-life wife Sofía Vergara (Modern FamilyThe Emoji Movie) in their magnetic joint-acting debut. Manganiello produced with his brother Nick Manganiello under their 3:59 banner, alongside William Chartoff and Lynn Hendee.

Joe Manganiello went onto say this.

"I couldn't be happier to be collaborating with Saban on the release of Bottom of the 9th. It was a labor of love for me and I am so lucky to be partnered with people so genuine and passionate about the film. They are the perfect partners."
