While promoting his upcoming film American Hustle, Bradley Cooper also spoke about next year's Marvel Phase Two ensemble Guardians of the Galaxy, where he voices Rocket Raccoon. Here's what he had to say about his familiarity with the comic books, and deciding on the right voice for the character.

"Well, I like (director) James (Gunn) a lot and it was really about him, and talking to him about the guy. I wasn't familiar with the comic at all, and I really loved it, and I love that character. He's incredible, that character. You know, one thing we debated is he's seen as (having) a cockney accent sometimes. So we talked about whether we'd do that or do this sort of other guy from the city a little bit."

When asked if he's decided on the "final voice," the actor had this to say.

"Yeah, we're in the middle of it."

He also offered high praise for co-star Chris Pratt, who plays Star-Lord in the comic book adaptation.

"Chris Pratt is unbelievable, and Zoe Saldana is great. She's always great, but Chris Pratt just blew me away. I thought he's just the perfect guy."
