Bradley Whitford: According to The Hollywood Reporter, "The West Wing's" Bradley Whitford has booked two films for his summer hiatus. The Emmy-winning actor is set to be in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Alcon Entertainment's adaptation of the best-selling Ann Brashares book, as well as Regency Enterprises' romantic comedy Little Manhattan. Nancy Travis, best known for TV's "Becker," also has nabbed a role in "Pants."
Directed by Ken Kwapis and adapted by Delia Ephron and Elizabeth Chandler, "Pants" is a coming-of-age story revolving around four friends during the first summer they spend apart. They vow to keep in touch by circulating a magical pair of secondhand jeans that fits each of them perfectly.
