Warner Bros. announced the Todd Phillips-produced comedy Project X will hit theaters on March 2, 2012, and the Sylvester Stallone action drama Bullet to the Head is slated for an April 13, 2012 release.

Project X was previously set for a November 23 release this year, although it isn't known why the release date shift was made. The comedy, directed by Nima Nourizadeh, will go up against the Universal Pictures animated tale The Lorax and Paramount Pictures' action-comedy Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters on March 2, 2012. The comedy stars Miles Teller and revolves around a high school party which spirals out of control, which is all caught on video.

Bullet to the Head stars Sylvester Stallone as a New Orleans hitman who forms an unlikely alliance with a New York cop (Sung Kang) to track down the man who killed both of their partners. Bullet to the Head, which is directed by Walter Hill, will compete with the Lionsgate horror project The Cabin in the Woods, FilmDistrict's sci-fi action tale Lockout, and Relativity Media's anthology comedy Movie 43 on April 13, 2012.
