Cameron Fay to Rewrite Don't Send Help

Fox brings the scribe on board to add a younger sensibility to the project.

In a story from The Hollywood Reporter Cameron Fay will be rewriting Fox's Don't Send Help.

David Friendly (Soul Men) is producing this project.

The film looks at "a grungy beauty pageant" who finds herself on a deserted island with a bunch of supermodels. Fay was tapped for this project because the studio felt he could add a younger outlook to it.

Al Franken initially originated the project as a pitch with Geoff Rodkey (RV). Other drafts were penned by Josh Sternin and Jeff Ventimilia (That '70s Show).
