Captain America: Civil War is currently in production, and, from the confirmed cast members we already know are on board, this adventure seems like another Avengers movie, as much as it is a sequel to last year's Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Of course, Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson will be back as Captain America and Black Widow, but the sequel also features Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Anthony Mackie (Falcon) and Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), along with Frank Grillo (Crossbones), Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther) and Daniel Brühl (Baron Zemo). While Chris Evans wouldn't reveal any specific plot details, he did say that it directly leads into Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Avengers: Infinity War Part 2.

"It's to jump off into the next Avengers, Infinity War. So Cap 3 is going to be the set-up of the real battle, so there are a lot of people."

One of the Avengers who won't be returning is Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, although Scarlett Johansson added that she will try and talk to the directors, Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, about bringing Hulk into the fold for this new adventure.

"Well you never know, there's always time... I'll talk to the Russos about it."

Of course, it makes sense that Captain America: Civil War would lead into Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Avengers: Infinity War Part 2, since all three movies will be directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, with Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely providing the screenplays.
