In just nine short days, Captain America: Civil War will hit theaters, kicking off Marvel Phase 3 with an explosive battle that splits the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe in half. Well, almost the entire MCU. Among the two most noteworthy exclusions from this adventure are Chris Hemsworth's Thor and Mark Ruffalo's Hulk, who will actually be teaming up together in next year's Thor: Ragnarok, which starts filming this summer in Australia. As it turns out, Thor isn't too pleased that he wasn't invited to this battle.

The Russo Brothers Facebook page posted a new video today with Chris Hemsworth "in character" as the mighty Asgardian Thor, who weighs in on which side he'd take, Team Cap or Team Iron Man. Thor wouldn't pick a side, calling out his fellow Avengers Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) for not inviting both Thor and Hulk to join this battle. He went on to ponder why the two biggest and strongest Avengers weren't invited, speculating if this battle is one where "the kids all have a scrap," with Thor and Hulk sitting on the sidelines, calling their battle "pathetic."

Throughout this video, Chris Hemsworth is seen seen doing pull-ups while delivering this missive, even going one-handed at times, while pondering whether or not he's actually still worthy enough to be an Avenger. He puts this self-doubt to rest by wielding his trusty hammer Mjolnir, before "flying" away. It remains to be seen if Iron Man or Captain America will offer any response to this video, for leaving Thor and Hulk on the sidelines.

Of course, we'll get to see both Thor and Hulk back in action next year when they team up for Thor 3, which starts filming in Australia this summer. There isn't much we know about the story thus far, but both Thor and Hulk have been rumored to be going on a "cosmic road trip" of sorts throughout Thor: Ragnarok. It has been rumored that Cate Blanchett will play the villainous Hela, who reportedly banishes Thor from Asgaard, which leads to Hulk and Thor crossing paths and going on this journey.

As of now, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Mark Ruffalo are confirmed to star in Thor: Ragnarok, along with Tessa Thompson, who signed on to star earlier this month. We also reported that Natalie Portman won't be returning as Jane Foster for Thor: Ragnarok, which is largely set in the cosmos with very little time spent on Earth. While we wait for more on Thor: Ragnarok, check out this new video below, where Chris Hemsworth calls out his Avenger friends for not including him in Marvel's Civil War.
