While North American fans are impatiently awaiting the May 6 domestic release of Captain America: Civil War, some international fans get to see this superhero adventure a bit early. Today we have three TV spots that not only reveal the April 28 release date in Germany, but that the movie is actually called The First Avenger: Civil War in that country. While you have to be fluent in German to understand most of the dubbed dialogue, these videos do feature new footage, including a fresh look at the villainous Baron Zemo, played by German actor Daniel Bruhl, who is out to kill the Avengers with a few well placed explosions.

We haven't heard too much about Baron Zemo thus far, but earlier this month, Daniel Bruhl revealed in an interview that this villainous character is "responsible" for a lot of the events that transpire in Captain America: Civil War. In these new TV spots from Marvel Germany, we only see bits and pieces of footage featuring this villain, but it's certainly clear that he's up to no good. We likely won't know anything about Zemo's full agenda until this Marvel Phase Three adventure hits theaters on May 6.

Steve Rogers leads a newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity in Captain America: Civil War, which is set in the aftermath of Avengers: Age of Ultron. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps, one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark's surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

This adventure splits the Marvel universe in half, with heroes joining forces with either Captain America or Iron Man. Team Iron Man includes Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Vision (Paul Bettany), War Machine (Don Cheadle) and the new characters T'challa (Chadwick Boseman) and Spider-Man (Tom Holland). Team Cap includes Captain America (Chris Evans), The Falcon (Anthony Mackie), Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan). Captain America: Civil War also stars Frank Grillo as Crossbones and William Hurt, reprising his role from The Incredible Hulk as Thaddeus Ross.

In addition to these TV spots, we also have two new Chinese posters featuring Scarlet Witch and Vision, which debuted just after Captain America: Civil War's premiere in Beijing, China last night. We reported earlier this week that Captain America: Civil War is on track to take in between $175 million and $200 million in its opening weekend, so stay tuned to see if this superhero adventure manages to beat those expectations. Until then, check out the international TV spots and posters below.
