Season seven will follow Workin' Moms' storylines from season six. When we last saw the group of friends Kate was allowing her son to live with his aunt, Sloane had just given birth to a baby, Jenny found herself unemployed, and Anne was trying to salvage her marriage to Lionel. Viewers are likely most eager to know what happens after the season's tense cliffhanger when Anne's daughter Alice confronts a stalker, a former patient of Anne.

The seventh and final season, consisting of 13 half-hour episodes, will debut on CBC and CBC Gem in 2023, and a global Netflix release will follow. It is currently filming throughout Toronto.
