CBS and Verizon are linking up to provide content to consumers in new ways.

Recently Home Media Retailing reported that CBS Corp. and Verizon Communications have entered into "a license agreement for the analog, digital, multicast and high-definition rights to repurposed content from the CBS network and its owned-and-operated local television stations."

This will allow Verizon to make such content as CSI and Survivor available on it's "Internet-based subscription service, FiOS TV."
