According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS and indie animation house DIC Entertainment have teamed to launch a Saturday morning children's programming block dubbed CBS' Secret Saturday Morning Slumber Party in the fall.

CBS will carry three hours of DIC-produced programs that meet the FCC's rules that require broadcasters to carry at least three hours per week of educational and informational programs for children. The block will launch with series from DIC's vast library of animated programs as well as new DIC-produced shows.
