The CBS network and Mark Burnett Productions have just negotiated a deal for two more seasons of Survivor. According to Variety, the deal with CBS will take the show to its 18th edition of hit reality television.

In addition to the two-year deal, Jeff Probst has agreed to remain as host of the reality show. Casting has already begun for the 17th edition of Survivor and as of yet nothing has been announced as to where the hit reality show will be located.

The premiere for the 16th edition of Survivor will air February 7th on CBS.
