Charlie Sheen is planning to return to work Tuesday on the set of CBS' Two and a Half Men, after a short stint in a rehabilitation clinic which was labeled a "preventative measure."

According to Variety, Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, said the actor will miss a Monday table read, as Sheen is scheduled in an Aspen, Colo., court that day on domestic abuse charges.

Production on Two and a Half Men, which has shot 18 of its 24 episodes this season, was put on hold Feb. 23.

Sheen was arrested Christmas Day on suspicion of threatening his wife, Brooke Mueller, with a knife. Thesp is facing a domestic violence charge in the case. He will formally enter his plea March 15.
