According to The Hollywood Reporter, after their collaboration on The Longest Yard, Adam Sandler is reteaming with Chris Rock. Sandler's shingle, Happy Madison, has picked up The Gilmores of Beverly Hills, a comedy Rock co-wrote and is attached to star in. Sandler will produce with Happy Madison's Jack Giarraputo.

Sources say that Gilmores will be set up at Paramount as a negative pickup, though studio reps could not be reached for comment. Happy Madison has a nonexclusive deal with Revolution and Columbia. The story centers on the misadventures of a lower-income black family living in Beverly Hills.
