Fortnite has always managed to stay on top of the gaming community's mind through collaborations and crossover events with numerous pop-culture icons. The hugely popular Battle Royale title has featured crossovers with DC, Marvel, vintage video games, and even anime (with the latest Naruto collab). With Netflix's Cobra Kai having returned for its fourth season, it is no wonder that Fortnite has added a new skin and accessories bundle featuring the iconic dojo.

This new collab had already been revealed by data miners and dedicated Fortnite leakers in early December, but the actual skin and cosmetics set has seemingly turned out better than expected. The Cobra Kai bundle was released in the game on December 31 and was announced on the official Fortnite Twitter handle.

Although a section of fans takes to Twitter to criticize pop culture collabs in Fortnite such as this, the Cobra Kai bundle has not yet had a bitter reception. The bundle includes ten different character skins available to players for 800 V-Bucks. Each of these skins can be customized with a dojo from the show, opening up a lot of opportunities for the fans. Additionally, the bundle also features cosmetic items like two pickaxes (available for 800 V-Bucks), two Back Blings, and the Crane Kick emote.

The Fortnite-Cobra Kai collaboration features two more bundles, namely, "Karate KO" and "Dojo Showdown". The skins and cosmetics options in these two bundles are all available for 2000 V-Bucks. Additionally, there is the "Cobra Kai Gear" bundle that features accessory items available to players for 1,500 V-Bucks.

Cobra Kai has grown into a major phenomenon, mostly due to its arrival on Netflix. The Fourth Season of the show debuted amidst massive hype, mainly due to the Johnny-Daniel team-up. In an interview with Comicbook.com, co-creator Jon Hurwitz shared his thoughts about the latest season and more.

"You've seen Johnny and Daniel interact for a few seasons now and a movie wave way, way, way back when, and you've seen glimpses of them being able to get along and be on the same page and you've seen them throw fists on a dime... So anything is possible with the two of them together. They're united against the common enemy right now. And their intentions are all positive with what they want to do, but let's see what it's like for these two guys working together with the same goal, with their different approaches. Can they join forces in a way that is going to be productive and smooth sailing, or will there be bumps in the road? And that's what people are going to have to look forward to during season 4."

Cobra Kai season 4 has started airing on Netflix on December 31st, the same day Fortnite released this anticipated crossover bundle. You can read the synopsis for season 4 below.

"Season 4 finds the Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang dojos joining forces to take down Cobra Kai at the All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament... and whoever loses must hang up their gi. As Samantha and Miguel try to maintain the dojo alliance and Robby goes all in at Cobra Kai, the fate of the Valley has never been more precarious. What tricks does Kreese have up his sleeve? Can Daniel and Johnny bury their decades-long hatchet to defeat Kreese? Or will Cobra Kai become the face of karate in the valley?"
