We reported just last night that Colin Farrell had just landed two new roles and now it seems he's landed a third. Variety is reporting that Farrell and Marion Cotillard are attached to Cosmopolis.

The film, an adaptation of the Don DeLillo book of the same name, will be written and directed by David Cronenberg. The film follows the tumultuous 24-hour time period where a multimillionaire (Farrell) loses all of his wealth and goes on a quest across Manhattan to try and get it back. Cotillard will play the wife of Farrell's character.

The project is being presented to buyers at the Cannes market. It was said that filming would take place between next March and May, with filming to take place in Toronto and New York. Cronenberg's most recent film, A Dangerous Method, which stars Keira Knightley, Viggo Mortensen and Michael Fassbender, will begin filming later this month.
