Laura Dern** star in David Lynch’s “flamboyantly violent and erotic” (The Village Voice) love story Wild At Heart, arriving as a Special Edition DVD on December 7th from MGM Home Entertainment. Winner of the Palm D’Or at the 1990 Cannes Film Festival, Wild At Heart features an all-star cast, including Willem Dafoe (Spider-Man), Isabella Rossellini (Blue Velvet), Harry Dean Stanton (Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas), Crispin Glover (Charlie’s Angels) and Diane Ladd (Chinatown), who received an Oscar® nomination for her supporting performance. Touted as “a great, rowdy, passionate love story” by Gene Siskel, Wild At Heart follows the tempestuous romance of Lula (Dern) and Sailor (Cage) as they embark on a bizarre journey across America with a hired killer hot on their trail.
Newly remastered under David Lynch’s supervision, the Wild At Heart Special Edition DVD boasts a high-definition transfer and new 5.1 surround sound. The DVD also features new interviews with Nicolas Cage, Laura Dern, Lynch, Diane Ladd, Willem Dafoe and Sheryl Lee.
