It seems that two highly popular film franchises will meet in the longest-running TV series' annual Halloween extravaganza next year. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe will voice a role in The Simpsons annual Halloween episode, Treehouse of Horror next year.

If that wasn't enough, it seems Radcliffe will be lending his voice to spoof the popular Twilight film series, voicing Edmund, a young vampire boy that Lisa falls for. Tensions rise, however, when Edmund's father, Dracula, and Homer try to pull them apart.

"Daniel was very excited to do The Simpsons," said executive producer Al Jean, who revealed the news to the site. "And we kept trying to ask him for secrets from the upcoming Harry Potter movie until we realized that they were all in the books."
