Ultimate Spider-Man Miles Morales Concept Trailer

While many fans were hoping that the new Spider-Man movie would feature Miles Morales, it was recently confirmed that the Marvel reboot will bring Peter Parker back to high school. For those who prefer Miles Morales over Peter Parker, Joshua Williams has created and stars in a fan-made live action Ultimate Spider-Man concept trailer that was inspired by The Spectacular Spider-Man animated TV series.

Marvel's Daredevil Opening Credits In The Style of Night Court

Last week, we showed you the Marvel's Daredevil opening credits reworked in the style of the beloved crime drama series Law & Order. Today we have another mashup, with Daredevil's opening credits getting the Night Court treatment. As good as the Law & Order mash-up was, this is even better, since Popped Culture found the perfect shots to go along with the infectious Night Court theme song.

Wes Anderson's The Shining

Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel and Stanley Kubrick's The Shining wouldn't normally be included in the same sentence together, but Youtube user Steve Ramsden has found a way to do so. After noticing that both filmmakers frame many of their shots in the same way, he compiled footage from both classic movies, with snippets of Alexandre Desplat's delightful score from The Grand Budapest Hotel, to create The Grand Overlook Hotel.

Porn Stars Now Forced To Wear Goggles

Porn Star Goggles

A few years back, members of the porn industry were forced to wear condoms during production through a new set of rules put forth by the state's division of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA). Now they are proposing new rules that would require adult film stars to wear goggles, although they have not been finalized yet. The law forcing condoms on porn sets caused production to plummet nearly 90%, and have adult film companies looking to shoot their movies elsewhere, such as Las Vegas and south Florida. If California actually forces these adult film actors to wear goggles on the set, it could have a jarring impact on the industry.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Stars' Bizarre Chinese Coke Ads

ABC's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is currently on hiatus before returning for its third season this fall, and it seems that some of the stars have been spending their off-time by starring in truly bizarre Chinese commercials for Coke. Chloe Bennet (Skye) and Brett Dalton (Ward) are seen in two of these commercials, which are just so strange I'm not even sure describing them will fully do them justice. Just know, they're very, very weird.

French artist Anna Foucher decided to use the several pieces of driftwood she finds on her walks and turn them into pieces of artwork, depicting Star Wars villain Darth Vader, Batman and Robin and The Joker. These photos even give us a before and after, showing the piece of driftwood as is before being crafted into these unique pop culture figures.

X-Men: Days of Future Past Ending With Inception Music

YouTube user Magnus Rex has taken the ending of last year's X-Men: Days of Future Past and set it to the Hans Zimmer song "Time" from Inception in a mash-up that works incredibly well and adds a lot more emotion to an already striking scene. This mashup works particularly well when Logan (Hugh Jackman) is reunited with Jean Grey (Famke Janssen).

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Visual Effects Breakdown

Filmmaker Michel Gondry's 2004 classic Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is still beloved by indie film fans to this day, and now we have a breakdown of some of the unique visual effects shots in the film, and how they were pulled off. Jim Carrey's bizarre pull-out couch scene, a car falling from the sky, the "camera pan from hell" shot and more get broken down step by step to show fans how they were created.
