20th Century Fox has acquired the rights to Nathaniel Edmonson and Tonci Zonjic's graphic novel Who Is Jake Ellis?, with David Yates attached to direct. Here is the official description of the 2011 novel.

"Jon Moore is the most sought after spy-for-hire in Europe's criminal world. This is because of Jake Ellis, a psychic man who is invisible to everyone except Moore. When a deal goes bad, the only one who can protect Moore from Europe's most dangerous criminals is Jake Ellis. No one but Moore can see Jake Ellis. But Jake Ellis can see everything."

Peter Chernin is producing through his Chernin Entertainment company. The producer and Fox are currently seeking writers for the project. Ford Lytle Gilmore is attached as executive producer.

The original five-issue graphic novel was followed by the sequel Where is Jake Ellis? in 2012. No production schedule was given for the adaptation.

David Yates, who is best known for directing the last four Harry Potter movies, is currently in casting mode for his latest project Tarzan. Production will begin early next year, with Alexander Skarsgård and Christoph Waltz already attached to star.
