Ryan Reynolds is still in his hometown of Vancouver shooting his superhero adaptation Deadpool, which is currently slated for release on February 12, 2016. Unlike the first few weeks of shooting, we haven't seen too many photos and videos from the set lately, but for those craving a new look at the Merc With the Mouth, Ryan Reynolds has you covered. The actor tweeted out a new photo in celebration of today's Mother's Day holiday, where Deadpool is seen actually delivering a baby. Is there anything this superhero can't do?

Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool . Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life. The supporting cast includes Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, Ed Skrein and T.J. Miller.

The actor also took to his Twitter page in late April to reveal that they are half way through principal photography, so it seems that the comic book adaptation will wrap sometime this summer. VFX artist Tim Miller makes his directorial debut on Deadpool, working from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Stay tuned for more photos and videos as production continues, but for now, take a look at the Mother's Day photo below.
