Apparently it pays off if you're rejected from The Bachelor. ABC has announced that DeAnna Pappas, who was recently turned down on The Bachelor will be the new star of The Bachelorette.

Pappas was one of the two final contestants on The Bachelor before she was voted off at the last minute in November, when Brad Womack didn't choose any of the women.

Now the Georgia real-estate agent will get to choose from 25 eligible bachelors when The Bachelorette comes back to ABC this summer.

The show is looking for eligble bachelors for the show, and if you're interested you can go to Keyword: Casting, or call 866-739-3150.
