Diane Keaton is set to star in the road trip dramedy The Widows' Adventure. The spec by Jason Pomerance is based on the novel by Charles Dickinson.

According to Variety, the story is centered on two widowed sisters who embark on an unlikely trip from Chicago to Los Angeles, setting off a comic family odyssey of revelation and reconciliation.
