Entertainment Weekly has debuted five new motion posters for the highly-anticipated sequel The Divergent Series: Insurgent, which hits theaters in less than two months on March 20, 2015. These unique motion posters feature Shailene Woodley (Tris), Theo James (Four), Kate Winslet (Jeanine), Octavia Spencer (Johanna) and Naomi Watts (Evelyn). Shailene Woodley also spoke to EW about Tris' plight in this next installment in The Divergent Series:

"She's left with a lot of confusion as far as what the future holds. But she's also left with a lot of guilt from the war, from losing her parents and from Will, so [in Insurgent] you see a newfound strength in her for revenge, as well as a lot of internal battles that she's trying to weave her way around."

The sequel continues the thrilling adventure set in a future world where people are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities. Having discovered she is Divergent, Tris Prior must search for allies and answers as a fugitive of the power-hungry Erudite elite. In a race against time, Tris and Four now must find out what Tris's family sacrificed their lives to protect, and why the Erudite leaders will do anything to stop them. Shailene Woodley also revealed that the sequel is much darker than the original Divergent.

In addition to this news, it was also confirmed that The Divergent Series: Insurgent will be released in IMAX and IMAX 3D theaters when it hits theaters domestically on March 20, and in international territories on March 18. Here is what Greg Foster, Senior Executive Vice President, IMAX Corp. and CEO of IMAX Entertainment, had to say in a statement:

"After the success of the first Divergent, along with the global hit phenomena of The Hunger Games and Twilight, Lionsgate and Summit continue to prove that they are at the forefront of adapting novels for the worldwide cinema. We believe that The Divergent Series: Insurgent will be an action-packed next chapter for IMAX audiences to experience around the world."
