One of the more interesting mob stories is coming out in an extended cut!

In a story from DavisDVD, they report that Donnie Brasco: The Extended Cut will be coming to DVD May 8th Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

This new version will contain 20 minutes of footage "reintegrated" back into the movie.

Synopsis:

FBI agent, gangster, husband, father -- how many identities can one man assume, how many families can one man be tied to, before they split him completely apart? This moral dilemma drives the true story of FBI undercover agent Joe Pistone, AKA Donnie Brasco, who in the 1970's infiltrated the mob in what was to become one of the most successful mole operations ever.
