DreamWorks has picked up the romantic comedy Shared Fare from writer Stacey Harman. Brian Robbins, who is considering directing the film, is producing via his Varsity Pictures banner with Benderspink's Chris Bender and J.C. Spink.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the plot details are being kept under wraps, but it is known that the idea is based on a true experience had by Benderspink executive Langley Perer, who ended up dating a guy she split a cab with on a short trip.
